This is about as easy as it gets. Link to your database account and allow auto update. My husband has used these speed camera alerts for a few years on his phone and satnav. So pleased it works on my Motorola Xoom.

Been using this app since the day it was out – have had no issues whatsoever – use it extensively with Google maps as I do a lot of driving due to work. The camera db is most up to date and current. Have also used on HD2, Streak, Note, iPhone and many more….Also am impressed with excellent service. Must recommend.
