We are fully aware that it has been a long time since we last updated the iPhone / iPad version of CamerAlert so wanted to keep you up to date with what is currently happening. We first submitted version 1.3.0 to Apple way back in October and were first rejected for not having in-app subscriptions available; we were also threatened that the app would be removed from sale if we did not comply within 14 days.

Since then there has been lots of toing, froing, emails and even phone calls between ourselves and Apple to try to work out what their issues were. I am happy to say, however, that we seem to have made the required changes to placate Apple and CamerAlert for iOS has been resubmitted for review. With any luck the update will be available in the next week or two – unless they find something new to moan about…
