We’re aware of an issue with in-app subscriptions in the latest iOS update. It appears that Apple have forgotten to activate the in-app subscription purchase option in the latest release. If you attempt to buy a subscription in-app the payment options do not appear.
As this is an Apple issue, it’s out of our hands for now. We’re waiting for the US to wake up so we can raise this with them but in the meantime, anyone wishing to take out a new subscription, or renew a previous CamerAlert subscription taken out on iOS, can do so via our subscription page on the site here.
You can use your subscriber details in the CamerAlert app to gain full access to your subscription as normal.
